EZ-Munny, operated by William Hardman, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for either the monthly or the annual plan.

Free trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel before it ends at no cost.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address you used at checkout, or contact us and we will pass the request on. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Settings page in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your records are kept safe and become available again if you subscribe later.

Refunds are also handled in line with Paddle's refund policy.
